In most of our car parks, there are designated disabled parking spaces near to the pedestrian entrances for ease of access, and lifts are installed where required.
Disabled parking spaces are wider than our standard spaces, which are already wider than industry requirements. With our 24/7 customer service helpline at every pedestrian and driver entry and exit point, help is there when needed. Our parking hosts are also on hand either within the car park or one nearby, so are always available to offer assistance where required.
Our aim is to make parking as convenient as possible for all of our customers.
Please note that the standard tariff for parking applies to disabled parking and the Blue Badge scheme does not apply.
